LAUREN DUNCAN
Hi, I’m Lauren, an Independent Celebrant based in the heart of Warwickshire.
I love my role, connecting with couples and families, working alongside them to create warm personable ceremonies guaranteeing lasting memories for all, these include weddings, blessings, vow renewals and celebration of life services.
I especially love wedding ceremonies, I am brimming with positivity and creativity, with a ready smile and ‘sense of humour’ I laugh at the drop of a hat!! I am a real ‘people’ person, caring and kind, I will guide and support you through the whole process and together we will create a relaxed, informal and inclusive atmosphere.

Lauren went above and beyond, even traveling to our venue the night before to rehearse with us. This thoughtful gesture helped ensure everything went smoothly on the day, and it really did! We shared laughs during the rehearsal, which made the experience feel so warm and genuine—exactly what we were hoping for. By the end of the wedding, it truly felt like Lauren was part of the family, and I was genuinely sad to see her leave.
She listened to our love story with such care and turned it into a ceremony that was heartfelt, unique, and simply perfect. Jake and I felt so special throughout the entire process. Lauren is an incredible celebrant, and we are beyond thrilled that we chose her to be part of our day. Thank you, Lauren, for everything—you made our wedding unforgettable!

Thank you Lauren!! X

Her affable approach made the process of creating our dream ceremony an absolute breeze. Lauren took the time to understand our story and craft a ceremony that truly reflected who we are as a couple. Every word she spoke on the day felt authentic, meaningful, and perfectly us. So many of our guests were moved by how heartfelt the ceremony was—many remarking that they hadn’t realised wedding ceremonies could include such personalised vows, readings, and backstory, as they’d never experienced anything like it before.
What could have been a nerve-wracking moment became one of complete joy and connection, thanks to Lauren’s calming presence and the beautiful atmosphere she created. We truly can’t thank her enough for playing such an important role in our day. She didn’t just perform a ceremony—she gave us a moment we’ll treasure forever.
Needless to say, we highly—highly—recommend her. Book in for a meeting now! Thank you again, Lauren. You’re a true shining star in your field 🌟

Speaking to Lauren it rapidly became clear that we wanted the format of our day to involve her skills and also give our ceremony a more 'personal feel'.
Lauren really took time to understand our dynamic, learn about us as individuals and how we operate as a couple. Several face to face meetings were held and Lauren was always happy to fit in with our diaries and accommodate us in anyway possible. Communication was fantastic and Lauren offered guidance and support throughout the process of writing our own vows to having readings during our service. When the day arrived Lauren did a phenomenal job proving she was the right choice for us. The ceremony she delivered was heartfelt and heart warming and we will forever be grateful of the part she played in our day.
Lauren, thank you. You were an absolute pleasure to work with and we cannot recommend you highly enough. We will always cherish your efforts and the moments you helped create on our special day.

What Is A Celebrant?
I became a Celebrant four years ago as I realised that life is too short, and you should follow your heart, to find true fulfilment in life!
I live in a beautiful village called Wolston with my motorbike mad husband Stuart, we met on a ski holiday 24 years ago, it was love at first sight, who say’s holiday romances don’t’ last!
Living between Coventry and Rugby, I am ideally placed to conduct services in local areas such as Leamington Spa, Warwick and Stratford Upon Avon, as well as across the counties of Warwickshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and the West Midlands.
